Quick start

Deploy from the Azure Marketplace (Get It Now → Create), choosing your SSH key at the Administration step.
Allow inbound SSH (22) for yourself only — the runner itself needs no inbound ports.
Register the agent with your organization: run the configuration script with your Azure DevOps URL and a PAT, then the agent appears in your agent pool.
Watch your first job land: the runner appears in your CI service's runner/agent pool within a minute of registration.
