Quick start

SSH into the VM with the username and key you chose at deploy.
Kafka runs as the `kafka` systemd service in KRaft mode (no ZooKeeper) on port 9092.
Create a topic with `kafka-topics.sh --create --topic my-topic --bootstrap-server localhost:9092`, then point your producers/consumers at the broker over your VNet.
